- All three clubs are believed to have made contact with Kane’s representatives
Harry Kane has informed Tottenham he wants to leave this summer sparking a £150million scramble for the England captain.
The centre-forward’s desire to leave Spurs has been an open secret for a number of months – and the 27-year-old has now told chairman Daniel Levy of his intention to move ahead of next season.
Spurs have been bracing themselves for this prospect for a number of weeks having originally, at least privately, indicated that Kane would not be available for any price this summer.
Harry Kane has reportedly again told Tottenham that he wants to leave the club this summer
The north London club stopped short of denying that Kane has expressed his desire to quit the club this summer.
There remains a feeling at Tottenham that no club will get close to the £150million offer it would take for them to even consider letting Kane leave this summer.
Nevertheless, Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea are among the clubs with a genuine interest in signing Kane this summer.
Kane is understood to want a quick resolution to his future – ideally with a move sorted by the start of Euros.
But the likelihood of that happening appear remote given Tottenham’s stance and his huge price tag.

Owner Daniel Levy looks set to be faced with a big decision over the future of talisman Kane
Sky Sports, meanwhile, reported that Tottenham have already begun considering who they will sign to replace Kane in the summer transfer window.
Kane is the top-flight’s joint-top scorer, having netted 22 goals so far, and he also leads the way in the assists chart with 13.
Despite his own personal achievements, Tottenham have ultimately failed to land any tangible success.

Thomas Tuchel is also believed to want to bring Kane to Chelsea with the club having enquired
During Kane’s time in north London, the club have lost two Carabao Cup finals and the Champions League final.
His departure would further pile the pressure on Tottenham’s already under-fire hierarchy, including owner Daniel Levy.
Tottenham will be in line for a hefty profit, however, with Kane’s contract running until the summer of 2024.
Interim boss Ryan Mason insisted last month that Spurs won’t need to steal a spot in the continent’s top club competition to keep Kane.
Tottenham would be set to recoup a large fee for top ace Kane, whose contract runs until 2024
‘Harry Kane loves this football club and that’s been proven over the last seven, eight years,’ Mason said. ‘He’s one of the best strikers in the world.
‘Everyone know that, we know that and I would like to think Harry knows that as well.’
However, the latest revelations indicate that Kane, who has scored 220 goals in 334 total appearances for Spurs, will indeed leave the club over the coming weeks.
A Tottenham spokesperson said: ‘We have a season to finish and we want to finish it as strongly as possible.
‘That’s all we are focused on.’
With just two fixtures of the campaign left to play, Tottenham have been dragged into a dogfight to ensure they at least play in the Europa League next term.
High-flying West Ham and Everton are also in contention to finish in the top six, and the seventh-placed team will instead play in the new Europa Conference League.
